Xecutely LLC — Managed VA Services & Xecutely Academy

1. Overview
At Xecutely, we aim to deliver the highest standard of virtual staffing, automation, and training services. We understand that business and personal needs may change, so we have outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy clearly below. This policy applies to both managed VA service subscriptions and Xecutely Academy enrollments.
2. Client Services — No Refund Policy
All purchases of managed VA services through Xecutely — including Virtual Assistant plans, Pod Team services, and automation setup — are final and non-refundable.Because our services involve real-time work performed by assigned contractors, refunds are not available once service delivery has begun. We strongly encourage all clients to review their plan details and confirm their selections before checkout or subscription renewal.Exception: If Xecutely determines, at its sole discretion, that a proven service delivery failure occurred, a credit or partial refund may be issued. Contact support@xecutely.com to report service delivery issues.
3. Client Services — Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your managed VA service subscription at any time to prevent renewal in the next billing cycle:
- Cancellation requests can be made through your client dashboard or by contacting support@xecutely.com.
- After cancellation, your access and VA service will continue until the end of your current paid period. No additional charges will apply.
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused hours or mid-cycle cancellations.
- If you wish to resume services after cancellation, a new subscription must be initiated at the then-current pricing.
4. Xecutely Academy — No Refund Policy
All Academy enrollment fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted. Because training materials are digital and accessible immediately upon payment, refunds cannot be issued after enrollment is confirmed. This applies to all Academy tiers: Beginner, Pro, and Expert.
Before enrolling, please review the tier details, curriculum outline, and delivery timeline carefully. If you have questions about which tier is right for you, contact support@xecutely.com before purchasing.4.1 Pre-Launch EnrollmentsStudents who enroll during pre-launch periods at discounted pricing receive the same no-refund terms. Pre-launch pricing is final upon payment. Content is delivered on a rolling basis as modules become available.4.2 Technical IssuesIf you experience a technical issue that prevents access to Academy content, please contact support@xecutely.com immediately. We will resolve access issues promptly. Technical difficulties do not qualify for a refund but will be addressed to restore your access

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or Stripe without first contacting Xecutely, your access to all services (client and Academy) may be immediately suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact support@xecutely.com with any billing concerns before initiating external disputes.
