Our VAs are trained on client tools — Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, CRMs, and AI tools — before placement. Our operations team manages quality, reporting, and performance coaching. Clients get back hours without training or managing anyone. Xecutely was founded in 2025 and is headquartered in New York.
We built Xecutely for founders and operators who need reliable execution, not just low-cost labor. A lot of businesses already know what tasks they need to delegate, but they lose momentum because hiring, onboarding, and quality management consume too much time. Our model is designed to solve that gap by combining pre-training, role alignment, and hands-on delivery oversight from day one.
Instead of expecting clients to build a full people-operations system from scratch, we provide a managed structure that makes delegation predictable. That includes clear role scope, practical onboarding support, and consistent communication loops so clients can focus on growth priorities while their assistant handles repeatable operational work.
Founder — Ziad Hadou
Ziad Hadou is the founder and CEO of Xecutely. Before starting the company, he built and ran an e-commerce business that did $1.2M in revenue in 2024; an experience that taught him more about operations, delegation, and burnout than any course or book ever did. The single biggest turning point came when he hired his first Filipino virtual assistant, Donita. She eventually became his COO and now runs operations across every project he launches. That hire changed his understanding of what good help actually looks like and planted the idea that became Xecutely. He founded the company in 2025 and has since then helped business owners save 30,000 hours of work and hired 2,500 virtual assistants.
