STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Reference to Master Services Agreement
This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is entered into as of the effective date set forth below by and between Xecutely LLC (“Xecutely”) and the client identified in this SOW (the “Client”), and is governed by the terms and conditions of the parties’ Master Services Agreement (“MSA”). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the MSA. If there is any conflict between this SOW and the MSA, the MSA controls unless this SOW expressly provides otherwise.
2. Assigned Talent & Service Tier
Xecutely reserves the right to reassign or replace the named VA with a comparably qualified individual, provided the Client is notified in advance and the replacement meets or exceeds the skill requirements of this SOW.
3. Scope of Services
The assigned VA shall perform the following services on behalf of the Client:3.1 Core CompetenciesThis list covers the tasks Xecutely’s Assigned Talent can perform for clients, includes a clear “not limited to” qualifier, and specifies tasks that Xecutely will not perform (e.g., medical, legal, and other restricted activities). Use this text on a website page; remove any tasks that are not applicable to a particular engagement.Services Provided (including, but not limited to) Xecutely provides virtual assistant and operations support across a broad range of business functions. The Assigned Talent may perform any of the services listed below, including related activities necessary to complete those services:
- Inbox Triage & Email Management
- Calendar Management & Appointment Scheduling
- Lead Generation & Research
- CRM Management (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- E‑Commerce Support (order processing, customer service, returns)
- Social Media Management & Content Scheduling
- Data Entry & Database Management
- Automation Setup & Configuration (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel workflows)
- Bookkeeping Support & Invoice Processing (administrative bookkeeping tasks; see restrictions below)
- Project Coordination & Task Management
- Customer Support (live chat, email, ticket management)
- Any services requiring professional licensure (legal, medical, financial advisory).
- Direct handling of payment processing credentials or banking access.
- Any task that violates applicable law, Xecutely’s policies, or professional ethics.

5. Mandatory Deliverables & Reporting
Regardless of the specific Scope of Services, all Xecutely VA engagements include the following mandatory deliverables:5.1 Daily End-of-Day (EOD) ReportThe assigned VA shall submit a written daily progress report (the "Daily Report") each working day no later than the specific time designated by the Client (the "Reporting Deadline"). Each Daily Report shall accurately and comprehensively detail the following:
5.2 Time TrackingAll working hours shall be tracked daily using Xecutely-approved time tracking software. Approved tools include: Time Doctor, Toggl, Hubstaff, or Clockify. The VA shall ensure time entries are accurate, categorized by task, and available for Client review upon request. Xecutely shall provide time tracking reports to the Client as part of the weekly KPI deliverable.5.3 Weekly KPI ReportXecutely shall deliver a weekly performance report to the Client every Friday (or the last working day of the week) including: total hours worked, tasks completed, accuracy score, any SLA exceptions, and a summary of key achievements and issues.
- (a) A summary of all tasks completed during the day.
- (b) Total hours worked and time logged per task.
- (c) Status updates on any ongoing or multi-day projects.
- (d) Issues, blockers, or questions requiring Client input.
- (e) Planned priorities for the following business day.

8. SOW Term & Renewal
8.1 Initial TermThis SOW shall become effective immediately upon the date of the Client's electronic acceptance and initial payment processing at checkout (the 'Effective Date'). This engagement shall continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice as provided in the MSA.8.2 Auto-RenewalThis SOW shall automatically renew for successive one-month periods at the then-current pricing unless: (a) either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current period; or (b) the MSA is terminated.
