Xecutely Academy — Terms & Conditions

The Xecutely Academy is a paid, tier-based virtual assistant training program operated by Xecutely LLC. The Academy provides pre-recorded training modules, written guides, assessments, and monthly live lectures designed to equip students with in-demand digital skills including CRM management, workflow automation, AI tools, and professional VA operations

To enroll in the Academy, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate personal and payment information, and have access to a computer and stable internet connection suitable for completing online training.

3.1 Tiers & PricingThe Academy offers three tiers:

Pro	₱7,000 PHP	Everything in Beginner plus advanced CRM, automation workflows, AI tool training, and priority support.
Expert	₱10,000 PHP	Full curriculum including all modules, placement priority in the Xecutely VA network, and mentorship access.

Pricing may change at any time. Pre-launch or promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period and is final upon payment.3.2 Payment ProcessingAll payments are processed securely through Stripe. Xecutely does not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment data on its servers. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and access to your enrolled tier content as modules become available.3.3 No RefundsAll Academy enrollment fees are final and non-refundable once payment is processed and access is granted. Because training materials are digital and accessible immediately, refunds are not available. Please review tier details carefully before purchasing. 4.1 Rolling AccessAcademy content is released on a rolling basis. New modules are published progressively, and students receive lifetime access to all content within their enrolled tier as it becomes available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be adjusted.4.2 Live LecturesAll paid students are invited to attend free monthly live lectures. These sessions cover additional topics, Q&A, and community engagement. Live lectures are not recorded and attendance is optional.4.3 Content UpdatesXecutely reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove curriculum content at any time to improve training quality, reflect industry changes, or address student feedback. Students will be notified of significant curriculum changes.

5.1 Acceptable UseStudents agree to:

• Engage respectfully in all interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Complete all training exercises and assessments honestly, without plagiarism or cheating.
• Use Academy content solely for personal learning and professional development.
• Protect their login credentials and not share access with non-enrolled individuals.

5.2 Prohibited ActionsStudents may not:

• Reproduce, record, screenshot, download, sell, distribute, or share Academy content (videos, slides, quizzes, templates, guides) in any format.
Share their Academy login credentials with any other person.
• Use Academy content to create or market a competing training product.
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior during live sessions or in Academy communication channels.
• Misrepresent their completion status, certifications, or qualifications obtained through the Academy.

5.3 EnforcementViolations may result in warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of Academy access without refund, at Xecutely’s sole discretion.

Completion of the Xecutely Academy does not guarantee job placement, employment, or any specific income level. Placement into the Xecutely VA network depends on student performance, client demand, and availability. Income figures, testimonials, or success stories in marketing materials are illustrative only and not guarantees of typical results. See our separate Earnings & Income Disclaimer for full details.

Xecutely provides training, resources, and placement priority for qualifying graduates. Your outcomes depend on your effort, skills, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

7.1 What We CollectWhen you enroll, we collect your name, email address, phone number, payment details (via Stripe), training tier selected, and training progress data (module completion, quiz scores, attendance at live sessions).7.2 How We Protect It

• Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe. Xecutely never stores credit card numbers or bank details.
• Personal data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems.
• Only authorized Xecutely personnel (Admin, Training Manager) can access student records.
• Student data is never sold to third parties.

7.3 Data SharingIf a student is eligible for placement in the Xecutely VA network or referral to a partner agency, limited professional data (name, skills, training completion status) may be shared with the receiving entity. Students will be notified and given the opportunity to opt out before any such sharing.7.4 RetentionStudent data is retained for the duration of enrollment plus 24 months of inactivity, after which it is anonymized or deleted. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.

All Academy content—including videos, slides, scripts, quizzes, templates, guides, and supplementary materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Xecutely LLC. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Academy content for their own learning. This license does not transfer ownership and expires upon termination of the student’s account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xecutely is not liable for: any loss of income, employment opportunities, or business results arising from Academy enrollment; service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, or technical failures; actions taken by students based on Academy training content; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY. Before initiating formal proceedings, students agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with Xecutely at support@xecutely.com.

Xecutely may modify these Academy Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Academy services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
